- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a requirement for 20,000 each, Electrically Conductive Plastic Polyethelene Heat Sealant Bags, size ? 36?x 42?x 8 mil. to MIL-P-82646 specifications. This requirement is set aside for small business. The small business size standard for this procurement is 500 employees, with a NAICS code of 326199. The FSC code is 8105. If you wish to receive notification of the RFQ?s posting, you must e-mail the following information directly to Amanda Bray at brayal@ih.navy.mil. Type ?Request for Quotation ? in the subject line, and include name of POC, organization name, address, telephone, fax number, and your e-mail address in the body of your e-mail. Use your e-mail read notification to confirm the Purchasing Agent?s receipt of your request. The government is not responisible for any undelivered e-mail transmissions. It is the requestor?s responsibility to periodically check the IHDIV Contracts Division website for current status of the RFQ, and any amendments. Once the RFQ has been issued on the internet, the Purchasing Agent will send an e-mail message to the requestors, informing them that the RFQ is now available for download off the internet. Copies of the issued RFQ can only be obtained by downloading it from the IHDIV Contracts Division website at http://www.ih.navy.mil/contracts. Copies of the RFQ will not be e-mailed, faxed, mailed, or provided in person. These types of requests WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED. NAVSEA, IHDIV shall not receive, or accept any form of electronic proposals as a result of this RFQ. In responding to any RFQ, you must fill it out fully, or your proposal will not be considered. You may fax your quote to 301-744-6546, or mail it to the address provided above to my attn., at Bldg. 1558. All offerors wil l be ineligible for award, unless they have registered in the DOD?s Central Contractor Registration database (CCR). The web address is www.ccr.gov. All quotes are subject to FAR clause 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors Competitive Acquisition (OCT 1997). The approximate issuance date for this RFQ is 12 February, 2004.
