Description: The USDA-Forest Service intends to award a sole source procurement to the U.S. Institute for Environmental Conflict Resolution (the "U.S. Institute")to provide facilitation of three meetings. Recruit, train, and coach participant leaders for five monitoring work groups. Provide programmatic support to monitor project. Assist in updating/adapting procedural arrangements to reflect changes in project. Help recruit, train, and coach a local facilitation team. Provide a summative evaluation instrument.
