Description

NA This solicitation will result in a 2-year, firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for the Nosecup Valve Seat, NSN: 4730-01-496-2844, P/N: 5-1-2748. This procurement is restricted to ILC Manufactured Products Division, Tw o Moonwalker Road, Frederica, DE 19946. This is published for subcontracting purposes only and offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Note 22 applies. The maximum estimated quantity over the 2-year period is 51,800. The Nosecup Va lve Seat is manufactured from 3 Polyethylene molded and extruded plastic materials. FOB is Destination. Estimated issue date is September 22, 2003. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(2)(7) and 14.205-1(c) therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm . CAUTION: The solicitation w ill be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain and said amendments, which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for the bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonre sponsive and result in the rejection of same.
