- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required for renovations to the Station Building at USCG Station Calumet Harbor, Chicago, IL. Major work items include removal and replacement of the roof, metal siding, doors, windows, interior gypsum board, vinyl floors, electrical, HVAC and galley cabinets and appliances, construction of eight (8) new baths and finishing the interior of the building. Contractor shall also provide four (4) temporary trailers to house USCG personnel during renovation of the building. The estimated range of this procurement is $1M - $5M. In accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this procurement is open to both large and small businesses. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The applicable NAICS code is 233320 (SIC Code 1542), size standard $27.5M. Completion time is 335 days.
