Item is source control under Sikorsky Aircraft CAGE 78286 DWG 70550-01041-Rev H, with approved source Eaton Corp, CAGE 99145, P/N E601M6-1. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-2412. Contracting Officer: Steve Allgeier, 804-279-4105. Issue Date: 27 Feb 2004, Closing Date: 30 Mar 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. Surge and Sustainment is applicable. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination , 177 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 141 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 60 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA.
