- Efforts are continuing with the intent to release the Final RFPs Small Business Set-Aside for DoD Travel Services on or about February 13, 2004 on the United States Department of Army Interactive Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) web site and maybe found at: http://abop.monmouth.army.mil. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for March 10, 2004, at the Crystal Gateway Marriott Hotel, 1700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Arlington, Va. 22202. The purpose of the pre-proposal conference is to provide prospective Offerors with an opportunity to as k questions after examining the solicitation documentation, to provide further insight into the size and complexity of the acquisition, as well as its attendant risks and to afford the Government an opportunity to identify ambiguities, errors, and omission s in the solicitation document that can be corrected with a written amendment.
