- Description
- The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement intents to award a sole-source purchase order to RET Monitoring, Inc. of Tucson, AZ for providing wire tap translations, monitoring and transcribing services. These services are required for an on-going federal investigation and the contractor must have the ability to testify on the behalf on cases currently under investigation. RET Monitoring is the current vendor providing these services. Another vendor providing translating monitoring services would hinder on-going investigations and court cases already in progress and jeopardize the Government?s case. See note number 22.
