- Description
- The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a requirement to provide Janitorial Services at the Air Traffic/Aiway Facilities Offices @ Harrisburg International Airport, Harrisburg, PA. Please review this notice on www.asu.faa.gov. Go to FAST, Contracting Opportunities for complete information. The period of performance is estimated to begin on April 1, 2004 through September 30, 2004 with four (4) one-year option periods. This screening information request (SIR) is 100% Very Small Business set aside under NAICS CODE 561720 AND LOCATED WITHIN 100 MILE RADIUS OF HARRISBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT. Companies that qualify may request a copy of the Screening Information Request (solicitation) by faxing a request to 718-995-5685, Attn: Maria Rosu. All fax requests MUST BE RECEIVED BY 4:00 P.M., FEBRUARY 6, 2004. After verification of contractor address, the SIR, will be provided. A PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE IS SCHEDULED FOR THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 2004 @ 10:00 A.M. Due to security reasons, NO OTHER DATES WILL BE AVAILABLE. Offers will be accepted from only those contractors who have attended the pre-proposal conference to assure a full understanding of the requirments. Offerors will meet with Mr. Scot Harman and he can be reached on 717-948-1990. Evaluation of proposals to this SIR will rely heavily on Past Performance. The Government is seeking offers that provide the best combination of quality and price in order to select the greatest value of "Best Buy" offer. Therefore, award may be made to other than the lowest offer.
