- Description
- The James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, Mountain Home, Tennessee is soliciting proposals under solicitation number 621-04-09 to provide Cost per Copy Services. Period of Performance is date of award through March 31, 2004, with the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods. NAICS is 532420 and the size standard is $21.0 Million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Contractor is required to have an established business location within a 50 mile radius of Mountain Home, TN.
