- This is a pre-solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the pre-solicitation notice; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued on or around February 6, 2004. Solicitation number FA4600-04-T-0025 is being issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-18. All applicable provision and clauses are included in the actual solicitation. This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330, and the small business size standard is $ 12,000,000. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase contract for the following service: Repair raised-floor and clean sub-floor at Building 301D, Room 112 on Offutt AFB, NE. Please reference solicitation # FA4600-04-T-0025 on all correspondence. All quotations must be received by the 55 Contracting Squadron, 101 Washington Square, Offutt AFB 68113-2107 by February 20, 2004 at 12:00 pm (CST). Quotes must be valid until 20 March 2004.
