Description

Contractor shall quote CARBON DIOXIDE ? TECHNICAL, GRADE B, NON-MEDICINAL, 99.5 PERCENT PURE, BULK DELIVERY; MUST COMPLY WITH FEDERAL SPECIFICATION BB-C-101. Estimated quantity is 3,600,000 Pounds. Deliveries will be made to three locations on Robins AFB. The period of performance will be 28 Feb 04 through 27 Feb 05. Delivery locations are Bldg 150, Bldg 169, and Bldg 20180 on Robins AFB GA. Deliveries shall be made as follows: Bldg 150 (Monday ? Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm) on an ?as called? basis (excluding holidays); Bldg 169 (Monday ? Friday from 8:00 am ? 3:00 pm (tank size 25,000 lbs) on an ?as called? basis (excluding holidays); Bldg 20180 (Monday ? Friday from 8:00 am ? 3:00 pm (tank size 60,000 lbs) on an ?as called? basis (excluding holidays). Tank required to be kept not less than 30% full at all times. Contractor is responsible to monitor tanks to ensure proper level is maintained. Government Point of Contact for placing orders and accepting deliveries will be given in award document. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price . This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) sub part 12.7, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a proposal is requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) FB206733390093. Written procedures will be used for this combined synopsis/solicitation. The resulting contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07, NAICS is 325120 and small business size is 500 employees. Assets shall be delivered FOB Destination. The following incorporated provisions and clause s are those in effect through FAC 2001-18, Effective 12 Jan 2004 and FAC 2001 ? 19, Effective 1 Jan 2004 and Class Deviation 2003.0003 are applicable to this combined synopsis/solicitation: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions ?Commerical Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders ?
