- IN THE GENERAL INFORMATION IT WAS IDENTIFIED THAT THIS WAS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE; HOWEVER, IN THE DESCRIPTION IT STATES THAT THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING ISSUED AS UNRESTRICTED. THE DESCRIPTION IS CORRECT, THIS IS BEING ISSUED AS UNRESTRICTED. Searchlights (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes will not be accepted) on RFQ reference number FB462632380080. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-19. (iv) This procurement is being issued as unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335129 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. (v) This combined synopsis and solicitation is for the following commercial items: CLIN 0001- Quantity of 3, BELL UH-1H, 1N IR IFCO L OR RT Side Mount System, P/N 031918-57 consisting of 1 of each of the following: SX-16 Searchlight, # 025000-131; SX-16 IFCO Control Box, # 030620-11; SX-16 Junction Box, # 032430; and SX-16, Gimbal, # 019059-11 CLIN 0002 ? Quantity of 3, BELL UH-1H, 1N IR IFCO L OR RT SIDE MT Installation Kit, P/N 031918-59 consisting of 1 of each of the following: Power Cable Assy, # 032013-20-277; Internal J-Box to Bulkhead Searchlight/Gimbal Cable Assy, # 032434-34-25-34; Internal Control Cable Assy, J-Box to Bulkhead, # 031235-132; Flexible Retractile Control Box Cable, # 030610-15-72; and 1 set of Documentation and Manuals Manufacturer: Spectrolab Inc., Brand Name Only (vi) Delivery requested within 60 days after date of order.
