- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Q uotes are requested; however, a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911S8-04-T-0014 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Fe deral Acquisition Circular 2001-03. The requirement is small business set-aside 100% with a NAICS Code of 336212, SIC Code of 3715 and size standard of 500 employees. RFQ is for 1 each Trailer, Hydraulic Tail, 70 Ton. Salient Characteristic: 8 feet 6inch deck width 30 feet 11 inch deck length not including tail 2 speed park stands 24H.P. Honda engine Engine cover 12,000lb. hydraulic winch( 40,000lb. line pull) Recessed winch roller 9 recessed D-rings per side including 2 per side on upper deck Wireless remote for winch control Traction material on 46inch fold-under section Apitong wood decking on main deck and tail 235/75R17.5 radial tires Qty.4 3/8 inch x20 feet' hardened transport chains Qty.4 Ratchet-type chain binders Award resulting from this request for quotations will be made to a responsive, responsible quoter using a SF1449 form. Quotes will be evaluated on a lowest price and all or none is to be provided. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial It ems, applies to this acquisition. An addendum to this provision is applicable, in which the term offeror (whenever it appears) shall be replaced with the term quoter. Quoters are required to submit completed copies of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offe ror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their quotes. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and does not include any addenda. FAR clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditi ons Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders, Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The following clauses within 52.212-5(b) are applicable to this acquisition: 52.222.21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-19, 52.232-3 3. FAR Clauses are applicable to this acquisition. The following clause within DFARS clause 252.212-7001(b) is applicable to this acquisition: 252.225-7001.
