NOUN: LENS, OPTICAL INSTRU, NSN: 6650-01-170-8642, PRON: AX462256AX, P/N: 13074204, QTY: 05 each, applicable to the TADS/PNVS. Approved source is Lockheed Martin Corp., 5600 West Sand Lake Rd., Orlando, FL 32819-0000 (CA GE 04939). F.O.B. Origin with delivery to XR Lockheed Martin Corp., Missile Fire CONTL Orlando, 5600 W Sand Lake RD NO MP 125, Orlando, FL 32819-0000. The required delivery is 5 each, 120 DACA. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquis ition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicit ation must be processed through their respective embassies. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves .
