PRON: AX4T7112AX, NSN: 3040-01-014-8231, PN: 212-040-500-6, 15 each, applicable to the AH-1 (COBRA). F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing 15 each, 603 Days After Contract Award (D ACA). The First Article Test report is due 390 DACA. This Item is restricted to BELL HELICOPTER TEXTRON, INC., CAGE CODE 97499, because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and c annot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required i tem described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SARS. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
