You may fax or mail your request to ATTN: Debra Henderson, AMSAM-AC-LS-C, fax 256-955-8 601 to Karen Balch, Contracting Officer, or Debra Henderson, Contract Specialist, NSN: 3110-01-096-5634, P/N: 145DS301-3, PRON: AX4C0035AX, Quantity: Minimum/350 Maximum/1150 each, applicable CH-47 aircraft. Production Lead-time when First Article Tes ting is applicable is 350 each with 263 Days After Contract Award. Production Lead-Time when First Article Testing is not applicable is 350 each 175 Days After Contract Award (DACA). When Alternate II clause is recommended delivery is 350 each 219 Days A fter Contract Award with delivery to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to MRC Bearing, 402 Chandler Street, Jamestown, NY 14701-3802, Cage Code: 38443 and The Boeing Company, Boeing Helicopters, Route 291 and Steward Avenue, Ridley Park , PA 19078-1099, Cage Code: 77272 because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for thi s acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source appr oval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer. which shall be considered by the Agency . The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation however; the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
