- The US Army CECOM Acquisition Center,Washington intends to award a sole source purchase order to Business Objects Americas for maintenance of WindowsSybase Software to include software and document updates plus telephone technical support. This mai ntenance is purchased for the Software Engineering Center,Fort Lee, Virginia. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. To be eligible for award, registration in the Centralized Contractor Registration database is mandatory. This announcement cons titutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Responses are to be received via e-mail NLT 17 February 2004.
