Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912HZ-04-T-0011 and this solicitation is a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are incorporated. This requirement is Full and Open Competition. Holders of GSA schedules who c an fulfill this requirement should submit proposals. The associated North American Industry Classification System, NAICS, code for this procurement is 334516. The RFQ is unrestricted. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg Consolidated Contracting Office has a requirement for the following: Line Item 0001-Hand Portable remote sensing infrared spectrometer, Dector Type: MCT/InSb-Liquid Nitrogen Cooled Dual Detector, Spectral Range:2 to 20 micrometers and optimized for the 3 to 5 and 8 to 14 micrometer waveb ands, Spectral Resolution: 4 to 16 wave numbers, Data Processing: Fast Fouier Transform (FFT)-Real Time Data Acquistion, Power: perates on battery or AC Power (PRIP),Weight: less than 20 pounds, Field-of-View: less than 5 degrees (with through-the-lens vi ewing of target area),Control Device: contains embedded PC computer and processing software and calibrated output: Line Item 0002-radiometric field calibration package with black body calibrator, tripod 5 inches by 5 inches, difuse gold plate and liquid ni trogen bottle, and Line Item 0003- 2.4 degrees field of view telescope accessory.
