- Description
- Provide labor, material and services to accomplish repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment of U.S. Navy Living Barges. Repairs and services shall include (but are not limited to) test and inspection, towing, temporary services, cleaning and sanitizing. Repairs and refurbishment may include all hull, mechanical, and electrical systems; plus habitability equipment such as berthing, galley, furniture, and awnings. This will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. This solicitation will consist of two Lots. One Lot will be for the Hampton Roads area and the other Lot will be for Jacksonville, FL. The contractor may submit a proposal on either Lot or both Lots. The contract will be for a base year with four one-year options. Award will be based on best value procurement utilizing past performance, technical, and price as evaluation factors. T his procurement is not restricted to MSRA/ABR contractors.
