Description

The Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) has a requirement for production of rigid foam and the design, development and provision of foam dispensers (one truck and one trailer variant). The required period of performance is approximately three (3) months after contract award. Potential value of the total contract effort is estimated up to $5,000.000.00 inclusive of options. MARCORSYSCOM intends to award a sole source contract to ICORP-IFOAM Specialty Products Corporation, 250 Power Court, Sanford, Florida 32771. ICORP is the designer/developer of the rigid foam and owns unique proprietary data and processes used in fulfilling these requirements. Provision of the required supplies by any other vendor would require substantial time and/or resources to reach the level of knowledge and capability that ICORP currently has. Government site workspaces will not be available and all work will be accomplished at the contractor site. No RFP is available for competitive bidding; however, interested parties are encouraged to submit a statement of capability for satisfying this requirement by 23 February 2004 to the contact person listed above.
