- NAICS Code: 812930 Notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) to Central Parking System, Boston, MA for 11 parking spaces for 12 months at the Government Center Garage. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. All inquiries and concerns must be addressed in writing to USEPA, Debra A.
