- Description
- The US Government is seeking to lease quality office and related space, fully serviced, consisting of approximately 3700 rentable square feet. The space should yield approximately 3200 usable square feet of space. Adequate parking for three (3) Government-owned vehicles must be provided. The proposed lease term is ten-years, five years firm. Offered properties must be located within the following delineated area: north - Robinson Road, south - Smithville Road, east- highway 446, and west - highway 37. Expressions of interest should be received by February 27, 2004, reference Solicitation for Offers No. GS-05B-17441, and include the following: 1) building or site name and address; 2) rentable square feet and rentable rate per square foot; 3) method of measure used to determine rentable square feet; and 4) common area factor(s) for available space by floor, if applicable.
