This item has been identified by IMMC as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the customers changing supply demand. A s such, Incremental Quantity Program provisions will be included to reflect a minimum quantity of 50, a known quantity of 83, and a maximum quantity of 711. The proposed contract will be firm fixed price, multiple year, requirements contract. This propos ed acquisition also includes out year requirements for (1) one year with orders to be issued one or more times as requirements materialize plus an option to extend performance of the contract for (3) three years of contract coverage. Destination to be fur nished. Delivery Schedule 100 days after contract award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Offerors must be approved and qualified. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procu rement, makes contact with firm(s) listed. The Government does not possess adequate documentation to acquire from other than the approved source. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective em bassies.
