Description

INTENT TO PURCHASE SUPPORT SERVICES FOR QUICK-HIRE AUTOMATED APPLICATION SYSTEM ON A SOLE SOURCE BASIS - USDA/FNS intends to purchase from QuickHire, Inc., on a sole source basis, citing the authority of FAR 6.302-1, approximately 208 hours of support to provide hands on assistance and guidance to input job announcements into its JobNet system. JobNet is FNS" version of the QuickHire automated system, purchased from QuickHire, Inc., and modified for FNS. The QuickHire system, is a system that gives organizations the ability to automate and standardize enterprise staffing and classification via web technology. It is required that the support include the ability to answer questions related to QuickHire processes and procdures and be able to teach Human Resource Specialist the finer points of using the system to post job announcements. Award of the services will be make utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. No solicitation is available. Interested parties may submit a proposal demonstrating capabilities and pricing. A determination not to compete this proposed award based on the reponse to this notice is solely within the decretion of the Government. Responses may be e-mailed to leonard.green@fns.usda.gov.
