Description

DESC: Campground Maintenance. The Republic and Three Rivers Ranger Districts on the Colville National Forest requires various campground maintenance services. The services will be located in Ferry and Stevens Counties, Washington State. The Government is currently estimating approximately 4 campgrounds which includes 59 campsites and 11 toilet buildings. The services include, but not limited to: cleaning fire rings, wiping down tables, cleaning toilet buildings and an optional item of visible trash pickup within all parking areas and ten feet of tables, fire rings and toilet buildings. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, tools and transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary to perform the work in accordance with the specification and provisions of the contract. There may be multiple awards. The contract(s) will be a Fixed Price and an Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery contract. Task orders will be issued when sites are ready. The contract period of performance is from date of award through October 30, 2004. This project will be advertised as a written quotation and will be solicited under the Simplified Acquisition Procurement (SAP) and Commercial Items rules. Estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about February 27, 2004. Quotes are estimated to be due March 19, 2004. The proposed project listed here is a 100 percent small business set-aside. NAICS code is 561720, size standard is $14.0 million. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
