Description

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Northeast Fisheries Science Center (NEFSC) has a requirement to provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material necessary to perform all lawn care services under a performance based service contract at the National Marine Fisheries Service, 166 Water Street, Woods Hole, MA. Services required under this contract include mowing, edging, pruning, fertilizing, weed control, and hedges and shrub bed maintenance. Period of Performance will be March 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005 with two one-year options. The proposed contract is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. A MANDATORY SITE VISIT IS APPLICABLE FOR THIS LOCATION. OFFERS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED FROM FIRMS THAT ATTENDED A SCHEDULED SITE VISIT. AN OFFER SUBMITTED BY A FIRM THAT DID NOT ATTEND A SITE VISIT WILL BE REJECTED. Point of contact for site visit is David Kosewski at (508) 495-2019. Successful offeror will be required to register in the CCR database. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. A copy of the solicitation shall be attached as a downloadable Word file on or about February 10, 2004. Hard copies of the solicitation may be requested but will only be provided in response to written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor. Neither telephone requests nor inquiries will be accepted in response to this notice. All written inquiries must be received not later than February 17, 2004. Requests for copies of the solicitation may be faxed to (757) 441-3786. Offers received by February 24, 2004 will be considered for award. Award will be made on or about February 26, 2004. Numbered Note 1 applies.
