Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, is seeking a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment to perform and complete all work on the Columbarium and Cemetery Improvements, and supplies necessary to Develop Columbarium and Expand Cemetery, Project No. 919CM2003 at the Tahoma National Cemetery, Kent, Washington as required by drawings and specifications. The Government contemplates award of a firm fixed-price construction contract. NAICS Code 237990. Size standard: $28.5 million. The anticipated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. SOLICITATION IS RESTRICTED AS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. Solicitation will be issued on February 20, 2004. Requests for hard copy drawings and specifications can be obtained by contacting Mr. Steven Ruegg at Ford Graphics, 1850 130th Avenue, Bellevue, WA 98005, phone 425-883-1110 or fax 425-869-7269. Offerors will be charged $100.00 non-refundable deposit for each set of drawings and specs. Submit certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to ?Department of Veterans Affairs? to Ford Graphics. All requests shall be on company letterhead to include point of contact, physical mailing address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address. Potential bidders are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments to the solicitation from Ford Graphics. A Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit is proposed for March 2, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. pacific time at the Tahoma National Cemetery, 18600 Southeast 240th Street, Kent, WA.
