Description
This acquisition is a Small Business Set Aside for an Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract, with 1 Basic and 4 option years for the purchase of the following: NSN: 4510-01-163-6775EJ, P/N 8611305, Noun: Shower System NSN: 4510-01-163-6776EJ, P/N 8644307, Noun: Shave System NSN: 4510-01-264-0432EJ, P/N 8719892-1, Noun: Latrine System General Characteristics: The shower System includes six two-man shower stalls, four three-man shave stands, and a water pump assembly. The shave stands consists of a base unit with three sinks, a mirror back with three mirror surfaces with electric light and 115 VAC outlet, a wiring harness to connect with the Base Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) electrical distribution system, and plumbing to connect to the BEAR water distribution system. The shave facility is designed to operate in conjunction with the shower facility and is not stand-alone. The latrine facility contains two latrine units, a pump unit, and a collapsible tank. Each latrine unit consists of six flushable toilets mounted to the floor, a urinal trough, two sinks, base assembly and the water tank. Shower System, Shave System and Latrine System each will require a First Article. Condition(s) for Waiver of First Article Approval: Offerors currently in production of the same or similar article for an Air Force contract and who have received First Article approval under the existing contract or offerors who have previously furnished production quantities of the same or similar articles to the Air Force, provided articles thus furnished, have exhibited satisfactory performance in service in the opinion of the Air Force or provided not more than 48 months have elapsed since completion of the contract.
