Description: Basic Requirement: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct a 27,000 square foot metal warehouse facility to house HICS cable. Optional Item #1 add 13,804 square feet of 8 foot concrete slab at inside perimeter and down center of building to basic requirement. Optional Item #2 add additional 12,600 square feet of 8 foot concrete slab to Optional Item #1 and basis requirement. Optional Item #3 add 6,400 square feet 1/2' Plywood CDX-Wall with primer and 2 coats of paint(smooth) to Optional Items #1,#2 and basic requirement.
