Description

Provide lodging and meeting space for the NSS seminar to be held 06 through 10 June 2004 at the Carlisle Barracks in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Hotel must meet or exceed the 3 Diamonds rating as awarded by the AAA Diamond rating system or equivalent ho tel rating system. Hotel must also be located within a 5 mile radius of Carlisle Barracks. Seminar is expected to include approximately 160 guests, plus or minus 30%. The due date for receipt of proposals is approximate and subject to change based on is suance date. This requirement is unrestricted. Telephone requests for the solicitation package will not be honored. Email requests must include lodging contractor name and address. requests can be faxed to (717) 245-3053. Lodging contractor must be re gistered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR).
