Description

Optic cell assembly; NSN 1240-01-016-2269; P/N 11733403; for a periscope consisting of close tolerance machined aluminum casting with various optical elements and lenses. The item is approximately 7.34 inches long and 5.5 inches in diameter. Requirem ents are 12 each. FOB DESTINATION. For use on the Abrams Tank. The proposed contract will include a 100% option each year for a period of 3 years. Proposed contract is 100% Small Business Set-aside. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY04 requiremen t. Estimated issue date is 20 Feb 2004. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore hard copies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by acc essing the following address via the internet: https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain bidders mailing list.
