It is a five-year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)for Antenna Kits and Components P/O AS-3036. This requirement is Sole Source to L-3 Communications Corporation, Communication System West Division in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Government does not possess any technical data. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. See Numbered N ote 22.
