- This will be an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract with a base and two option years for a not to exceed total contract value of $10,000,000. Work to include but not limited to spawning the required variety of Eastern Oyster, Crassostr ea virginica, growing the seed oysters to at least the specified minimum size of 40 mm shell height, transport to specific reef location and placement on the eight reefs. Reefs lie in the Virginia waters of the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries. Applicab le NAICS Code is 112512, with a small business size standard of $0.75 Million. SIC code is 0273. This solicitation will be available on the internet only. No paper copies or CDs will be issued.
