SCOPE: The Real Time X-Ray machine is to be retrofited. As part of the retrofit, Newco will utilize a Bosello XRC 600 Controller in order to standardize the retrofitted equipment with our existing equipment. 2. TASKS: The contractor shall provide all services necessary to evaluate and modify Real Time X-Ray System as required. Technical assistance is required to ensure the Real Time X-Ray system is operating within manufacturers original specifications. Contractor shall perform all required tests, alignments, and checkouts necessary to demonstrate Real Time X-Ray is operational and up to manufacturers specifications. The contractor shall instruct and report to the air force personnel of the changes required in order to improve the efficiency of the Real Time X-Ray. The contractor shall also provide all parts and services as stated below. Package 1: Alpha One 160 Retrofit: Newco 160 kv CP X-ray system (Retrofit Package) Featuring solid-state design, automatic tube warm up, digital exposure timer. Digital K V and mA meters, ultra stable field serviceable generator. Item1: XRC 600 FL-I/O 1002200-2: Items included: Bosello microprocessor control unit. Input/Output electronic interface panel tube head. Item 2: 6500SS FL-I/O 103368 160k V, 2mA, focal spot of 0.2 mm. Water to air heat exchanger with flow switch. Highly stabilized 4.5k W power supply/generator. High voltage cable (10 meters). All water hoses and interconnect cables. Operator/ Maintenance manual. Will provide one day on site familiarization training. Item 3: Service and Support: 1. Retrofit installation ? Items included; a). Complete disassembly and removal of existing x-ray imaging system, setup and installation of retrofit package. 2. X-ray equipment PM review including: a). Review of preventative maintenance procedures with operating and Maintenance personnel to include cleaning and re-greasing high voltage Cables, cooler maintenance, generator maintenance and image quality. 3. X-ray system PM review including: a). Review of preventative maintenance procedures with operating and Maintenance personnel for safety interlock device integrity checks, visual room inspection procedures and safety issues. One day on-site. . 3. HOURS OF WORK: The standard hours of work shall be Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 4:15 PM EST except Federal Holidays.
