QUESTIONS REGARDING DISTRIBUTION OF PLANS/SPECIFICATIONS SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE PLANS ROOM, MS. SONYA WHITE, AT 251-690-2535/2536 OR FAX NO.: 251-694-4343. This presolicitation notice, which was published on 9 January 2004, is changed as follows: The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract including a base year and four option years, each y ear with a maximum of $2.5M. Estimated cost range of the project is between $1M and $12.5M. Bid documents should be available on or about 11 February 2004. A preproposal conference will be held at the Inter-Continental Hotel, Tegucigalpa, DC, Honduras, on Wednesday, 25 February 2004, beginning at 9:00 a.m. The conference is expected to last approximately three hours, and will be conducted in English. Attendance is limited to two (2) representatives from each firm. To register your attendance, contact : Fausto A.
