- NSN 3433-01-247-2334, Torch Outfit, Welding. Approved sources are Uniweld Products Inc CAGE 17941 P/N KLT71-4P-SP, ESAB Group CAGE 96073 P/N 22551 and Victor Equipment Co CAGE 63026 P/N 0386-1038. Destination inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP 001. Requested delivery is 34 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited on a Total Small Business Set-aside basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 640 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 320 each. The quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
