Description

This is a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate a sole-source purchase order with General Dynamics, for TACLANE (KG-175) E100 Encryptor Release 2.0E or later if approved by the NSA and this agency, Part No. ET-59000-1, Quantity = 4 EACH. Kansas Air National Guard intends to issue a purchase order to Genral Dynamics as the only one known responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy or meet agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to KANSAS AIR NATIONAL GUARD, 57330 MUSTANG DRIVE, SUITE 13 MCCONNELL AFB, KS 67221-9000. The order will contain the appropriate FAR and DFARS clauses appropriate for the dollar amount of anticipated award. Items are not commercial items as defined by the FAR. . Interested persons/firms must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement Any firm who believes it is capable of meeting this requirement (NSA APPROVED) as stated herein may submit a response, which if received within 10 calendar days of the date of this announcement will be considered. Negotiation with General Dynamics will begin after the 10 notice period.
