Description: The Billings Area Indian Health Service is planning to award a Sole-Source Purchase Order with Montana State University-Bozeman, Montana-Water Center, Bozeman, Montana 59717-2690. This acquisition is for the creation/addition of a "Wastewater Lagoons: Interactive Training Module" for the "Operator Basics Training Series". The period of performance will be until February 2004 through December 2004. This announcement is set-aside Sole-Source, FAR 6.302-1, 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
