- Treasure Island Job Corps Center is soliciting bids to allow our student trainees to purchase business dress casual clothing and other basic clothing items. Please contact David Imada, Purchasing Supervisor at 415-352-2474 or via email, imadad@jcdc.jobcorps.org, with any questions. All bids are due with a written response via email (imadad@jcdc.jobcorps.org), fax 415-705-1939, or regular mail, to the above address by COB on 2/19/03. Scope of Work: Allow Treasure Island Job Corps student trainees to purchase business dress casual clothing, other basic clothing items and charge the purchases to a Blanket Purchase Order. Specifications: 1. Establish a Blanket Purchase Order with Treasure Island Job Corps Center 2. Accept Net 35 payment terms 3. Allow only authorized student trainees to purchase 4. Follow purchasing guidelines on allowable items for purchases 5. Establish an initial line of credit of $70,000 or higher
