- Description
- The Denver VA Medical Center intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Intelligent Imaging Innovations, 5124 Washington Street, Denver, CO 80216 for the following items: Core Hardware ? 175-Watt Xenon Lamp and Liquid Light Guide for Olympus IMNT-2, includes ozone free xenon source, power supply, lamp housing, 2 bulbs, support base with mounting rods, adapters and manuals; Excitation Filter Wheel, 10 position filter wheel with shutter, adapters, controller and cable; Hamamatsu Orca ERAG; Filters-triple pass filter cube with individual Ex filters for DAPI, FITC, and Cy3, triple beam splitter and triple emission filter. Objectives-SPLAPO60x/1.2 NA Objective; Software-SlideBook 4.0 for MacOS or Windows NT/2000; Support Computer-Dimension 2400 Computer. This is a Research upgrade for an existing Olympus IMT-2 Microscope and will require an integrated system to include the items stated herein. The upgrade is for fluoroscopic imaging software, monitor and camera package for basic science research in purinergic signaling and biliary physiology. Vendor will be required to provide system installation, training and support. Responsible sources may submit a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information and other literature demonstrating the ability to meet requirements. To be considered an affirmative response, offerors must provide sufficient information to permit agency analysis to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirements. Telephonic responses shall not be accepted. Please reference the solicitation number stated in your response. Notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within the 10 calendar days of this synopsis will be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
