Description

Basic Requirement: Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, quality control, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct a 27,000 square foot metal warehouse facility to house HICS cable. Optional Item #1 add 13,804 square feet of 8 foot concrete slab at inside perimeter and down center of building to basic requirement. Optional Item #2 add additional 12,600 square feet of 8 foot concrete slab to Optional Item #1 and basis requirement. Optional Item #3 add 6,400 square feet 1/2' Plywood CDX-Wall with primer and 2 coats of paint(smooth) to Optional Items #1,#2 and basic requirement. Request for proposal will be issued on or about 20 Feb 2004. Request for proposal will close on or about 21 Mar 2004. Performance period is 150 days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The anticipated contract will be awarded on a price performance trade-off basis. The acquisition is open for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency. The magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS Code is 332311, Size Standard is 500.
