Description

All work necessary to replace HVAC system at building 120 at Yokota Air Base. Civil work includes: construct concrete masonry unit CMU wall with steel gate, construct concrete pad, construct concrete pit, relocate existing trees, trenching and restoration mechanical pipes. Mechanical work includes: abate asbestos containing material ACM, replace existing watercooled AC system, replace circulation pump. Electrical work includes: modify existing panelboards, remove existing transformer, replace existing exterior lighting wiring. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
