Description: This notice amends a previous Presolicitation Notice. GSA posted a Presolicitation notice on 10/7/03 for approximately 10,125 rentable square feet of office space and eight reserved parking spaces within the Portland, OR CBD east and west of the Willamette River. The requested amount of space has increased to approximately 16,960 rentable square feet of office space and 18 reserved parking spaces. GSA has received offers that fully meet current seismic safety requirements. GSA will not consider buildings that do not fully meet current seismic safety requirements. Due to timing, GSA will not consider build-to-suit offers.
