Description

NOUN: DOOR ASSEMBLY, AIRFR; NSN: 1560-01-419-5390, PRON: AX4F0031AX, P/N: 70500-02063-054, Quantity: 43 each, this is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. F.O.B. Origin, with delivery to XU Transportation Officer, DDSP New Cumberland Facility, Building Mission Door 113 134, New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001. Required delivery is 43 each, 120 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there is no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent up on the date of release for solicitation, however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. All responsible sources may s ubmit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. By US Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to US Small Businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
