- Furnish all services, materials, supplies, plant, supervision, labor and equipment, except as specified as Government furnished, for operational testing, maintenance services, and training for the Overpressure Protection Systems and Collective Protec tion Systems, which includes, but is not limited to, installation of HEPA and Carbon absorber filters at White Hall Junior High, White Hall High School, Moody Elementary, and the Jefferson County Office Of Emergency Services, all in Jefferson County, Arka nsas. Contract period shall be from 1 May 2004, or date of award, whichever is later, through 30 April 2005 with options to extend through 30 April 2009. The solicitation will be posted on the Contracting Division internet website on or about 8 March 2 004 so that you may download it. The solicitation will not be available in paper format; however, the Government reserves the right to revert to paper when determined to be in the Government's best interest. All documents required for the proposal subm ittal, including amendments to the solicitation, shall be in paper medium. Electronic medium for submittal of proposal will NOT be allowed. Solicitation issue date will be on or about 8 March 2004. Solicitation will be made available upon registration at the Little Rock Contracting Division internet website (https://ebs.swl.usace.army.mil/AdvertisedSolicitations.asp). The date and time for receipt of proposals will be on or about 7 April 2004, 2:00 p.m. local time. This solicitation is unrestricted. The following NAISC code 238220 will apply with a size standard of $12,000,000.00.
