- NAICS Code: 541519 The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency intends to negotiate a sole source contract with UNICOM SYSTEMS, Inc. for the annual renewal of 1. Maintenanace of the following products installed on IBM server SN:116F0 2. Carts - TS Site License Maintenance, 3. PIE/TSO MultiTSO, 4. PIE/TSO Networks Access. The Period of performance is March 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005. EPA believes that UNICOM SYSTEMS, Inc is the only source capable of providing the required services and products. All interested parties who believe they can provide the required software maintenance should fully explain their capabilities and qualifications in writing within 15 days from the date of this announcement. The intent of this synopsis is to determine if any source(s) exist, and, therefore, no RFQ is available. Consequently, any response(s) failing to provide the aforementioned data but instead choosing to merely submit a routine letter requesting a copy of the RFQ will not be honored.
