Issue Date: MARCH 05TH, 2004, Closing Date: APRIL 5TH, 2004. Subject procurement is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 11536 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 16296 each. Subject item is non-commercial.
