Quincy Street, Arlington, VA 22206 in an effort to raise public awareness about the NLM exhibition "Changing the Face of Medicine." NLM has identified the need for a promotional assistance in producing an interactive, web-connected DVD featuring the career choices and achievements of women physicians nominated by Members of Congress to be featured as Local Legends in the NLM exhibition on "Changing the Face of Medicine." Each of the physicians (20 physicians) who will be featured in the DVD will be videotaped by the contractor. Additionally, mini interviews will be conducted. MacNeil/Lehrer Productions will: 1) videotape in HD and green screen twenty (20) interviews with women physicians who have been nominated by Members of Congress to be featured as Local Legends in NLMs exhibition program; and 2) provide for travel of two camera crews, videotapes, and staff to videotape the physicians in San Diego, CA where Local Legends will be announced and honored. With respect to task one, MacNeil/Lehrer Productions will provide all prep and shooting, direction, production, in high definition (HDTV) of the video for use in a web-based, interactive DVD. This procurement will cover costs associated with field production, including camera crews and crew travel, MLP staff travel, and video stock and processing. This service will be procured under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items.
