Description
TITLE: Maintenance/Repair of the SMV DST-XLI Dual Gamma Camera System SOL: RFP10N3-105-04 DUE: 2/26/04 NAICS: 811219 AGENCY: Attn: Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 130 W. Kingsbridge Rd., Bronx, NY 10468. POC: Contracting Officer ? Greg Vogt, Contract Specialist, (718-) 741-4321 DESCRIPTION: The VA Brooklyn Medical Center intends to award a Commercial Item Contract for preventive maintenance and emergency repair services, including preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) services for SMV DST-XLI Dual Gamma Camera System located at the Department of Veterans Affairs Brooklyn VA Medical Center, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, NY 11209. The vendor shall provide all labor, material, parts, supplies and travel. Only offers from those firms regularly established in the business of providing maintenance and repair for the SMV DST-XLI Dual Gamma Camera System will be considered. Period of performance will be from will be from the date of award through September 30, 2004 with provisions for four (4) one year options to extend. This is a Firm-Fixed price contract. NAICS code 811219 applies. The solicitation can be obtained electronically FREE at <http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov> or <http://www.fedbizopps.gov>. No fax or telephone requests will be accepted. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments.
