Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-08. The solicitation incorporates by reference the following clauses: FAR 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, and 252.204- 7004. This is a sole source requirement in accordance with 6.302-1. WPAFB intends to award to Dugdale Communications, Inc 7901 E. 88th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46256-1235. The RFQ has the following line item(s): Line Item 0001 Phillips Pure Request 12 Port X 50,000 name Enterprise Edition and one (1) lot of maintenance support for one (1) Series 4000 Server (database); three (3) I- Series 2000 Server (ASR); four (4) QX2000 4-Port Analog Card; and one (1) 42-inch rack. Period of Performance is: 12 months after receipt of order FOB Destination. The Ship to Address is: 88CG/SCQ, 2435TH 5TH Street, Bldg 676, Wright-Patterson AFB OH 45433-7765.
